I wanted to send a Cinderella card to my cousin with her beautiful gifties :
|Giftie for my cousin|
I wanted to make a card that had to do with Cinderella. I didn't know what to do, because I couldn't think of ANYTHING I had that was princess-y or had to do with shoes or fairytales. I woke up and REMEMBERED that I had Princess Tia stamp set from Some Odd Girl!
I had a limited time to get card done and get the whole package in the mail, and I didn't realize I smudged ink on Cindy's face, but I don't think it's too noticeable.
I colored her with copics and went over the top and bottom of her dress with clear wink of stella, and used silver wink of stella on her tiara, and clear wink of stella for the gems on the tiara. I went over her glass slippes with Ranger Stickles Stardust. I am really happy with how it came out. Oh! I stamped the puffy overlay of her dress on blue vellum and cut it out and stuck it on. I love how it gives it a frosted look.
Well, I wanted to make the card have a french inspired background while incorperating Mr. Disney's favorite piece of animation:
I used Sizzix Ornate Frame #3, Fleur de Lis #2, Decortive Accent #3 and diffrerent embellishments. I also blended Ranger's Antique Linen around the Fleur de Lis.
|Most exciting moment? I found my mini pearls for her earrings! haha|
